Amazing quality and service
Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods with tons of random stops. Shipment takes a little long but I have received the goods and I like the product a lot! This is a russian company and i believe that’s explaining all. Useless company, don’t ever order a FLipper !!!!! Now communication is not possible anymore with support. To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software.

And very shortsighted because as a mum of 3 boys I am sure I would have purchased more shirts from them. I requested a refund and 50% was offered. Looking at their website it simply stated returns needed to be approved and within 15 days of receipt.

I would gladly lose my money than ever correspond with these cowboys again. I frankly would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. I have gone past the point of polite now and have been forced to request a refund. Regardless of how they view a customers request the correct thing to do is to remain professional.
